My dearest friends,

Be open and respectful of others and be kind and humble... Sometimes by assuming we are more evolved or knowledgeable spiritually than someone else, we are in actuality pushing away valuable learning experiences and ideas. This may lower our vibrations or hold them at a lower level longer, making ascension a more difficult process. Spirituality and ascension are not so stringent and full of rules and is meant to be open and shared. Someone else's feelings, experiences, and ideas are sometimes more valid than you may perceive at the time. Listen with your heart, it is always truthful. An open mind and an honest and grateful heart are always ascending
